MY STORY

I am Kim Collise, Registered Nurse, and a proud 1996 Kent State University Nursing School Graduate. Over the past 27 years I have worked in numerous healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, public health, product liability, and psychiatry. Additionally, I have worked as a subcontractor for the State of Ohio and Medicare.

MY ROLE

Sometimes things do not always turn out the way they should in healthcare. You may wonder if someone failed to perform their job duties according to their licensure requirements. As a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of experience, I can review the record and determine if a standard of care was not met.
